Another spectacular and sold out Poinsettia Ball was held on December 1.
The gala affair began in the Chianti Room with entertainment by our own Frank Sinatra, Bart Ventura, as appetizers were passed. Complimentary photos and PebbleRock CDs were offered to all.
The tables were beautifully decorated with floral arrangements created by Thompson Florist.
Italian background music played while guests started their meal with the Italian Club’s family style antipasto and Caesar salads. The entree was scampi and pork Milanese paired with linguine and sautéed baby squash. Dessert was a black cherry tart served in a buttered tart with salted caramel sauce. Half way through the evening, trays of homemade Italian cookies were placed on each table.
Prizes and drawings took place in between courses. The ever popular PebbleRock band kept guests dancing until 11:00 p.m. Mark your calendars for the 2019 Poinsettia Ball to be held December 7, 2019.
