Johnny Henson, Professor Pool

Players are always looking for simple ways to improve their games, and we use this technique in class to help our students progress.
If I told you that your next shot would need to be executed with your eyes closed, how would you adjust your approach? Would you spend more time ensuring everything is properly aligned? What would your level of focus be? Suddenly, an “easy shot” would require the same degree of concentration as a “hard shot.” Your accuracy depends on your focus. If you want consistency, you need to treat each shot the same by following your pre-shot routine.
Now, imagine incorporating this mental technique into your pre-shot routine on every shot. How could that change your game? By applying just this one technique, you could elevate your performance to a whole new level. We hope this will help you improve your game.
