Lyric pretends to read

Lyric pretends to read

Irish champion “Lyric” of Ducktails companion dogs

Hi, my name is Lyric and I live here in PebbleCreek with my mom Gretchen Liff. I traveled to Ireland before my retirement, where I earned my Irish Championship. After that I was trained to be a Service Dog. That was very challenging and I learned a lot. My trainers placed me with an Iraq War veteran. I would help him with self-care skills and shopping. My shopping skills were not very good. I kept confusing chicken with steak (OK, it was on purpose), but my owner had no sense of humor and complained about me. I also developed my road warrior technique where I just stop and lay down until I decide to move. You may have seen me lying on the streets of PebbleCreek when I am supposed to be walking with my dog friends.

My shopping skills and my stop and stay trick got me returned to my trainers. They needed to find me a new home. They knew a lady in PebbleCreek that was looking for a dog. I don’t know the details, but she came to Las Vegas to meet me. It was love at first woof. We have the same hobbies. She likes to read and swim and so do I. She also hates chicken and loves a good steak. We are a perfect match. I have lived here six years and love my doggie and people friends. It is a great day in PebbleCreek.
