The PebbleCreek Ukulele Club has been meeting all summer with just a few stalwart members who have braved the heat and stayed around the community. We are looking forward to welcoming back our snowbird members and also invite newcomers to visit with us. Whether you are a seasoned player or a newbie, we would love to have you join us. We are a fun group and there is no pressure to perform.

If you don’t have a ukulele, don’t panicwe can lend you one so you can see if it is the instrument for you. We can also give you some pointers to get started. The ukulele is a happy little instrument, and we can say that we have never met a miserable ukulele player!

If you don’t want to play you are welcome to come and sing or just listen as well. We play a great variety of music from original ukulele songs of the 20s, through the Great American Songbook to the Beatles and beyond. We use online music so bring your tablet or laptop to follow along. We look forward to meeting you.

We meet every Thursday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Palm Room at the Eagles Nest Clubhouse.
