PebbleCreek Singles gathered for lunch at the Arizona Culinary Institute.

Magnifique! We, 25 of us starving PebbleCreek Singles, made it to the Arizona Culinary Institute, just this side of Scottsdale, for an amazingly delicious five-course, gourmet meal!
What a fabulous lunch experience! We could even watch the student chefs prepare our meal, if we wanted to, through the large glass windows in the dining room! If you love cooking as much as I do, this restaurant is a must on your bucket list!
Their menu changes daily and we started with a palate cleanser, followed by a choice of vegetable barley soup or apple gorgonzola salad, then on to a choice of three incredible entrées, of roasted pork loin, sautéed salmon or grilled chicken breast with pasta. To top off this amazing meal was their decadent, delightful trio of delicious desserts!
Sound delicioso? It most definitely is! The Arizona Du Jour Restaurant in Scottsdale is only one of many venues we singles enjoy going to as members of one of PebbleCreek’s, ever growing, nonprofit, community supporting, caring, sharing, giving, fun seeking, adult single organizations!

(Which, by the way, you can help plan as a member when you come to an Activity Planning meeting after a monthly, New Member Lunch!)
If you’re bogged down from the heat and tired of watching the boob tube come try staying cool playing Pictionary, card and board games, singing Karaoke, dining out, being creative, stargazing, going to area theaters for marvelous plays like Hair Spray, Almost Maine and Man of La Mancha, maybe, participating in the Mud Run, golfing, bocce ball and many more activities!
You’ll be so glad you put down the remote, grabbed your single, homeowner, renter or snowbird friend and scrambled on over to the next PC Single monthly meeting, held in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom on the first Sunday of every month! The doors open at 2:15 p.m. with the new member sign-ups starting at 2:30 p.m. Members and guests sign up for coming events and activities beginning at 2:30 p.m. with the meeting starting promptly at 3:00 p.m.! Following the meeting, at 4:00 p.m., join us at the Long Drive Lounge, just a short walk away from the ballroom, for more socializing and camaraderie until we venture forth to a pre-determined venue for a Dutch dinner!
