Members of the PebbleCreek Car Club have been enjoying the abundance of spring car shows. Several members participated in the CCV Car Shows in various locations April 16 and 17. On April 23 the annual Veterans Car Show at Westgate was a popular location to view vintage and custom rides as well as honor all veterans. On May 7 several club members participated in a benefit breakfast for Blue Star Moms. This organization supports mothers who have sons and daughters serving in the military overseas. The Moms work hard to keep the lifelines open to our troops through packages, love and communication. On May 21 club members enjoyed a social event driving to the Co-op Grill in Arlington, Arizona. This was a nice country drive over the old Gillespie River Bridge then back to the Co-op Grill for a country lunch. June 6 will be the last club meeting until resuming in the fall. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Tuscany Falls Meeting Room. For information relative to the PebbleCreek Car Club, contact President Charlie Miller at 623-734-6011.
