PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club goes back to Old Napoli for Amore!

Jane McCurdy

“When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that’s amore.” On April 18, when you dance down the street with a cloud at your feet, you’ll not only be in love but you’ll be headed to the PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club’s spring That’s Amore dinner dance.

The Tuscany Falls Ballroom will be turned into Old Napoli with live music provided by the Terry McFee Orchestra following a sumptuous Italian buffet including Caesar salad, meatballs in marinara sauce, fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, Italian sausages, roasted vegetables and tiramisu for dessert. No-host cocktails and registration begins in the lobby of the ballroom beginning at 5:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. with dancing from 7:00 until 9:30 p.m. Suggested attire is coat for gentlemen and semi-formal for women.

Tickets for That’s Amore will be on sale at the Eagle’s Nest kiosk from 10:00 a.m. until noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays March 24, 26 and 31 and April 2, 7 and 9. As well as at karaoke on March 25 from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the dinner dance are $30 for members of the PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club and $40 for non-members. The April dance hosts are Jane and Rich McCurdy who can be contacted at 623-536-2915.

Coming in May, Jerry and Rita Briner will host the PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club’s After the Prom dance. Plan to join us in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom on May 22 for the last dance before September. Tickets for the May dance will be on sale at the April 18 That’s Amore dinner dance and at the Eagle’s Nest kiosk on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to noon beginning May 5.
