Artists Judy Bihary, Charlene Romanos and Sherri VanShaik will once again be exhibiting their gourd art, jewelry and colored pencil paintings at the Wigwam Resort on different weekends throughout the spring. The women are members of the 10 Fine Art group, a collective of award winning artists of the west valley, who participate in the Wigwam Resorts Artist in Residence program.
This is the second year 10 Fine Art has participated in this program. Other members include Lonna Gutierrez, Donna Helslip, Dottie Mitchell, Michele Schuck and Veronica Verdugo-Lomeli, who work in a variety of mediums including watercolors, collage, scratchboard, soft pastel, acrylics, oils and printmaking.
The artists will be on site in the Wigwam Sun Lounge Fridays 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 4:00 p.m. and all artwork will be available for sale.
The Artists in Residence season will culminate with the 10 Fine Art group exhibition and sale at the Wigwam on May 2 and 3, 2015, which promises to be an exceptional show, with free admission and door prizes. For additional information contact Charlene by email [email protected] or 207-641-5159.
