Jerry Monk, president of the PebbleCreek Men’s Golf Association, challenged his executive board to create a mission statement to reflect the main purpose of the PCMGA. He wanted to make it clear for our community exactly what we do and why we have this organization.

Here it is:

“To conduct weekly golf tournaments that are fun and competitive which offer our members the opportunity for new friendships and camaraderie.”

This mission statement will appear on the home page of our newly designed website. This new website, www.pcmga.org, will provide a better communication vehicle for our members by incorporating: announcements, tournament information, membership lists, easier tournament sign-up, links to other golf related websites, a picture gallery and hopefully everything a member will need (except maybe a good golf score!).

The board thanks Steve Straley and Bill Schaffer for spearheading this new website initiative.
