How do the PCM9GA, Golfing Niners, take to the desert heat? The hot summer temps are here, and some of the scores on the golf course are even hotter! This month saw very nice turnouts in triple digit heat for the club’s mini-tournaments. Cash and cool refreshments rewarded the participants for their efforts.
July 18 Scramble tournament winners
First place: Score 28, Trevor Ballinger, Mitch Lincoln, Bill Wagner, Jr., and Dave Kennedy. Each player won $20. Second place (SCP): Score 29, Scott Beseda, Dave Eckert, Mike Bunn, and Ron Plotkin. Each player won $15.00 Third place (SCP): Score 29, Bob Geiges, Jim Martin, Don Burrows, and Mickey Osterneck. Each player won $12.00
