March 1 and 2 arrived with two glorious, sunny days with 172 women hitting the Tuscany Falls courses in their bright, colorful outfits for a stimulating day of golf in the annual Member-Member Tournament of the PebbleCreek Ladies Golf Association.
The format was an Eclectic tournament. The ladies would golf the first day, taking the best net score between the two partners and on the second day they could improve that score on each hole to better their game. There were six partner/winners in each of six flights. The competition was tight with ties and only a few strokes separating the winners in each flight.
After golf a luncheon was served with thirty fanciful hot air balloons (designed and made by tournament Co-Chairs Kathy Black and Gretchen Olberding) decorating the Tuscany Falls ballroom and a mix of colorful napkins at each table. The ladies had a sit-down banquet with three entrée choices and an efficient serving staff. Thanks to tournament Co-Chairs Kathy and Gretchen for doing a great job in planning this tournament.

After lunch a meeting was brought to order by President Stevie Chesky. The main order of business was election of officers and a slate of candidates was presented: Those elected to the positions were Barb Patrow, president, Kathy Hubert-Wyss, vice president, Ellen Enright, secretary and Barb Chilton, treasurer. Congratulations to our new officers.
