PCHOA to update some common area and streetscape wall colors

Vickie Hamilton

Earlier this summer it was reported that Robson has introduced a new paint color to update the look and feel of the architecture in the community and that the PebbleCreek HOA had decided to implement the latest color trends also. The HOA decided to upgrade the common area wall colors to the new color and had asked that residents paint their common area walls within a ten year period. Since then, the Board of Directors has continued to review the plan and has decided to eliminate the requirement for homeowners to paint their common area walls the new colors at this time. Over a ten year period, the potential for a patchwork of colors could develop should adjacent property owners paint at different times. This patchwork of colors may not be attractive to potential and current home owners. Therefore, the current plan of action is to paint the main street walls in both Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls, including Clubhouse Drive, Sarival Avenue (north and south) and Robson Circle by summer of next year.

Units 54, 61 and any other new units released by Robson in the future will be painted the new colors.

The plan to convert homeowner streetscape walls and wrought iron fences to the new colors is still under development. The ALC will answer all paint questions from homeowners as to walls/fences on their property. The ALC Office is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to noon and the ALC Office phone number is  623-935-6747.
