Employee of the month acknowledgement Bill Kyle/Community Services
John Kiekbusch asked a stunned Bill Kyle to join him at the podium for the Employee of the Month presentation. Bill was nominated by John Singleton/Director of Community Services Patrol, who wrote, “Bill worked tirelessly to provide patrol coverage for several special events during the month of February. He set up parking control and security for Desert Fest, Pickleball Tournament and the Parking Lot Sale, all while performing his normal day to day operations. Bill’s work was instrumental in the overall success of these events. Without his dedication to PebbleCreek these events would have been much more difficult to manage”.
John Kiekbusch added that Bill has taken on the role of ombudsman in dealing with PebbleCreek residents. He has been instrumental in successfully resolving many issues with homeowners over the past two years. Bill’s actions reflect positively on him, the Patrol and the HOA.
Bill Kyle remarked, “I just try to do what’s right and that this was a real honor and one I appreciate.”
Bill Barnard/General Manager thanked Bill for his work on all special events including the Oak Ridge Boys.

Motion by: Sherry Gonzales to approve the proposed new club By-Laws for the Pottery/Sculpture Club of PebbleCreek, seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
John Kiekbusch asked if there were any questions from the residents. No one responded.
Director Comments:
George Atwell: Thank you all for coming. I would also like to thank the staff for all that they do. Thank you Melissa Gonzales and all your crew in Food & Beverage. I would also like to welcome the new manager at Toscana’s who just started.
Sherry Gonzales: It is nice to have the homeowners join the Board here for the meeting. I have only been on the Board for three months now and prior to that I had been in the audience as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. Every season in PebbleCreek is a busy season with no let down in projects or activities. I would also like to congratulate Bill Barnard and his staff.
Jack Sarsam: Thank you, Bill Kyle, again for all your efforts.
Gregg Clymer: I would like to encourage everyone to visit the Golf Expo. Even if you are not a golfer you can go and maybe buy a hat. Jason Whitehill has worked very hard on putting this together. He is even offering a free lunch (pulled pork sandwich) to the first 400 people who stop by. The lunches are paid for by the vendors. Jason would love to exceed the 400 mark.
John Kiekbusch: I would like to thank the staff for working so diligently on several projects. I would like to invite all of you to attend the Annual Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 20 in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom at 6:00 p.m. Thank you all for coming.
Motion to adjourn by: Sherry Gonzales, seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Respectfully submitted by: Theresa M. Evans/Administrator to the PCHOA Board of Directors.
