Present: John Kiekbusch/President/PCHOA, Nancy Wilson Smith/Vice President/PCHOA, Jack Sarsam/Treasurer/PCHOA and George Atwell/Director/PCHOA.
Call to order and introductions by John Kiekbusch/President/PCHOA.
Employee of the month acknowledgement: Mr. Kiekbusch read the letter from Vicki Hamilton/PCHOA Communications Director, nominating Priscilla Wardlow/PCHO Communications/Website and presented the award for the month of March, 2015.
Bill Barnard/General Manager Report: GM report was presented by Mr. Barnard and will be available for viewing on the PCHOA website pebblecreek.org>governance>HOA Board. Copies of his report will be available upon request.
Marion Moskal/Finance Operations Manager Report: Finance report will be available upon request and for viewing on the PCHOA website.
2015 ALC Guideline Changes/Bill Halte/Vice-Chair ALC: Mr. Halte presented the proposed 2015 ALC changes to the Board.
Motion by Gregg Clymer to accept the 2015 ALC Guideline changes presented by Mr. Halte, seconded by Nancy Wilson Smith. Unanimously approved.
2015 PCHOA Rules/revisions/John Dale/Chair/Rules Compliance Committee: Mr. Dale presented the proposed 2015 Rules revisions that were presented at a PCHOA Rules Compliance Meeting February 19, 2015. The meeting was held to explain and seek community input on the proposed revisions.
Following an amendment by Mr. Sarsam to Section 7.5 – parking in the Villas area, motion by Nancy Wilson Smith to accept the Rules revisions as presented; seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Resident Question: Melissa Kallett asked when the revisions would become effective.
Mr. Dale replied they became effective immediately after the Board approved them today March 18, 2015.
Proposed volunteer additions to Creative Arts Committee and Unit Reps. Hope Ewest Creative Arts and to Unit Reps Renee Ellison Unit 5 and Deirdre Pizzello Unit 42A.
Motion by Nancy Wilson Smith to approve the proposed volunteers; seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Proposed (2) new Clubs/The PebbleCreek Sunday Night Club and the PebbleCreek Wise Old Men’s Club.
Motion by Nancy Wilson Smith to approve the (2) new clubs as presented; seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Director Comments:
George Atwell: I am the Director of Food & Beverage for Robson Communities and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the F&B staff you have here. They do an amazing job. Thank you all for coming today.
Nancy Wilson Smith: I would like to congratulate Priscilla on her Employee of the Month award. I would also like to thank John Dale/Chair of the Rules Compliance Committee and Bill Halte/Vice-Chair of the ALC for all the hard work and time they and their committees have devoted in getting the revisions to the Rules and Guidelines to the ALC completed. Thank you all for coming today to show your support and interest.
Jack Sarsam: Thank you all for coming out today.
Gregg Clymer: This morning at 9:00 a.m. we had the regular monthly Committee Chair meeting. This has been the busiest quarter since I have been here. All this activity is great for the community. You wake up every morning and there is something you can do, or not, it is your choice.
John Kiekbusch: Thank you all for coming today. It is amazing how many people, staff, committee volunteers and directors it takes to make this such a beautiful place to live. Thank you again for coming today and showing your interest.
