PebbleCreek doesn’t have a ski club but many PC skiers take advantage of Valley of the Sun Ski Club (VSSC) which is just a short drive up Loop 303. The club currently has approximately 150 members and schedules several trips during the season to popular destination ski areas. This season’s trips were Aspen, Telluride and Big Sky. Pictured are PC members who enjoyed great skiing, great food and great camaraderie (and some good shopping) in Aspen and Telluride during January and February. Membership in VSSC is open to skiers from all parts of Arizona, as well as other states. Club meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month in the Webb Room at SCW Foundation, 14465 W. RH Johnson Boulevard, Sun City West. Visit the club website at www.ski.scwclubs.com for more information or contact Mary Ann Vangelisti at 623-214-6659.
