Members of the PC Singles Club recently enjoyed an entertaining and fun day at Topgolf in Glendale. Participants old and new can enjoy Topgolf in a family friendly environment along with food and drinks, music and other activities. The state-of-the-art venue offers point scoring golf games for all skill levels, including non-golfers. All players are welcome even if you’re new to the game or just polishing your skills.
This is just one of many activities the membership can enjoy. A core group of activities that include bocce, golf, Pictionary, bowling, karaoke, game nights, happy hour and social gatherings by the pool, are on the calendar every month. Then local outings are added to the agenda by our very busy Activities Directors. Featured for June is an outing to the Musical Instrument Museum.
The Singles Club in PebbleCreek represents a group of single men and women who enjoy the company of others at special events in and around the community. Also, their strong commitment to giving back has helped to raise money for local charities and includes helping the less fortunate. Their chosen charity for 2019 is the New Life Center which provides refuge for women and children that have suffered domestic violence.
The club meets monthly on the first Sunday of the month in the Tuscany Ballroom. Registration of new members begins at 2:15 p.m., followed by a general membership meeting at 3:00 p.m. A social gathering follows at the adjacent Long Drive Lounge prior to moving on to dinner at a nearby restaurant. More information can be obtained on the website at www.pcsingles.org or by contacting the Membership Director, Carolyn Bates, at 602-309-0224.
