On Feb. 5, 10 members of the Singles Club enjoyed lunch at Regions Restaurant located on the Estrella Community College Campus. As part of the curriculum of the Culinary Institute, students must prepare and serve each week a different three-course meal offering soup/salad, choice of main entrée, dessert, and a selection of beverages.
Regions is open to the public at 11 a.m. each Thursday at a fee of $15. It is a great experience not only for the diners but for the students as well. February 5 was the debut luncheon of the winter semester, which continues every Thursday through May 7.
