The PebbleCreek Singles Club met in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom on Sunday, February 28 for our early March meeting. Keeping in line with our goals of giving back to the community, the PebbleCreek Singles have once again voted to support The Homeless Youth Connection.
The PebbleCreek Singles, one of the most active clubs in PebbleCreek, rolled out the great line up for March and April.
In addition to our core activities, we’ve added two more Game Nights each month, Spring Training Baseball Game, Trip to the Wildlife Zoo, Cowboy Campfire Cookout in the Estrella Mountains, Damn Yankees by Showtime and PC Singers Spring Concert.
Our Guest Speaker Rayma Scalzo, the Founder of the Kare Bears Organization here in PebbleCreek, told us of her background and the many wonderful and ever so helpful services they provide for those who have a special need or want!
Rayma started Kare Bears back in 1995 with only 60 people from the 150 homes in PebbleCreek! She says they all got together and started brain-storming! Their needs were great and when their ideas flowed, they came up with a way to help PebbleCreekers find whatever they were looking for at no charge for the information! Their Resource Guide is a list of all the services available to our community, like: medical equipment and suppliers, transportation to and from doctor appointments, fundraising luncheons, sponsored events, informative trips and much, much, more! You can get a copy of their Resource Guide at the Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Libraries online or at the Kare Bears House in Eagle’s Nest. We, the PC Singles Club, salute you and the organization!
