PebbleCreek Singers, under the direction of Mrs. Gail Kennedy, Celebrate the Joy as they perform their annual Christmas concert on stage in the Renaissance Theatre. Performances are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, November 29, 30, December 1, 2 and 3 at 7:00 p.m.
Festive stage décor, glittering costumes and melodious voices await audiences as the sounds of the season emanate throughout the theater creating a heartwarming holiday mood. Expect traditional carols, sacred and secular selections, some novelty pieces and a fun 50s acappella number. Look for new holiday songs as well as some new arrangements of old favorites. Count on seasonal music with remarkable rhythms and assorted tempos. Enjoy charming renditions of select numbers performed by small ensembles and soloists. Delight in the sounds of live musical instruments featured in many of the songs. From the exciting, energetic opening number, Come on, It’s Christmas, to the glorious, tour de force finale, Masters in this Hall, this fantastic concert captures the joy, excitement and anticipation of this festive time of the year.
