PebbleCreek Singers in final preparation for holiday concert
Diane Piehl
The PebbleCreek Singers Holiday Concert, Deck the Halls, will have something for everyone. The spirit of the season is definitely upon us, and isn’t this the very best time of the year. The fun of jingling bells and songs about snow, Christmas trees, toys for grandchildren all make for a wonderful beginning to the holiday season. The chorus rehearsals are well underway. Perfecting the music for our audience is the goal.
The chorus section leaders, Bev Griggs, Norleen Shelton, Nancy Gustafson and Chris Barlow, have worked diligently to insure all parts have been mastered. Director Gail Kennedy has again made wonderful holiday selections.
You’ll see a few new faces on stage for this concert as the chorus welcomes Dan Baker and Joe Mullane to the bass/baritone section, along with first soprano Alice Lewis, alto Enid Harrison and tenor Jack McFall.
