Candidates for the Goodyear City Council and Mayor election to be held in August came together at the invitation of the PebbleCreek Democratic Club on May 14, to give their views on current issues facing our community. Nearly 100 people attended the afternoon forum at the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom. John Moore, club president and forum moderator, Tamara Floyd, Joe Pizzillo, Brannon Hampton, and Benita Beckles participated. Candidates Wally Campbell and Vicki Gillis were ill and could not attend.
