Patrol matching up RFID tags to vehicles
RFID’s on the correct vehicle play a big part in keeping our community safe. If you bought or traded for a new vehicle, please update and register your new one. Ongoing audits have discovered vehicles that do not match the RFID that it was issued for.
Free: Guest Services do not charge you a fee if you switch the RFID from one vehicle to another.
Charges only occur if a new RFID is required. During our audit, if we find unmatched RFID’s, we will call you or send a letter to you with information about the RFID not being matched to the observed vehicle. Once you receive the notice, you have seven to ten days to go to the Eagle’s Nest front desk to register the correct vehicle. After that time, your RFID may be shut off by our security system. Keeping correct information about who is entering our community is a number one priority for your safety. Thank you for doing your part by keeping us posted on your vehicles.
