Patrol Tip of the Month
Leaving your car out in the sun during the summer causes all kinds of damage. The inside of the vehicle will reach upward to 170 degrees. This causes dashes to crack, computers to overheat (your car computers are just like a smart phone or tablet for heat tolerance, not good), seals around windows to dry out and crack, along with many more issues. Outside of the car your paint will oxidize, tires will dry out and crack and fan belts and other engine parts will suffer. Protect your investment and keep your car out of the sun.
