Notify patrol if you have guests, deliveries, or workers coming. Our peak season is here so if you have guests coming be sure and call in advance to advise patrol. Our phone lines get very busy so be prepared. We need your address, name of the guest, date of arrival, and date of departure. Leave this information if you get voice mail, and we will put the information into our system. It is best if you call between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The phones are answered 24/7 but the gates get very busy between 4 and 7 p.m. When calling, always use 623-826-5904 for both Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls.
