“Spur Crossing” painting by Nancy Troupe
Join the PebbleCreek Art Club for a Feb. 8 class in acrylics. Nancy Troupe, whose art career spans several decades, uses a “step-by-step” teaching method that makes it easy to follow along and complete the picture “Spur Crossing” in three hours.
In this class for beginners or intermediate painters, you will learn new ways to approach your canvas, paint boldly, and delve into perspective, color, and texture.
The Thursday, Feb. 8 class from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. will be held in the Creative Arts Center. Registration is required, and the cost is $63 for members of the PC Art Club and $83 for nonmembers. Registration is online at pcartclub.org. A supply list is available online.
