Want to beat the heat and stay cool for a couple of hours during the summer? Come and join the Cribbage Club. The Cribbage Club meets the first, second and fourth Thursdays of the month. We meet at 1:00 p.m. in the Sienna Room, Tuscany Falls. The Cribbage Club is open to all PebbleCreek residents interested in playing a friendly game of Cribbage. If you don’t know how to play, but are interested in learning, come join us for an afternoon of fun. If you have a Cribbage board and deck of cards, please bring them with you.

Euchre Club

The hot muggy evenings found our players staying cool as we played Euchre at Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse, Palm Room, on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
Those arriving at 6:30 p.m. pay their dollar toward prize money, practice shuffling, play a few practice hands and do their socializing before the command by Bill Halte to “Deal ‘em up!”
By that time, Jerry Fox has counted the money and has the piles ready for the prize winners—and the booby prize too!
This month we welcomed two new members to the game. Kayrene and Steve Braden joined us. It should be noted here that Steve was a particularly good sport. Never having played the game before, he was hesitant that first evening. We were happy to see him return the following week and he seemed more comfortable with the game. Way to go Steve.
We were pleased to see Lise come back from cold Ontario, Canada as she spent some holiday time here in sunny Arizona. As usual—she won some money for Lone Hands.
