Your Food & Beverage team invite you to come out on Sunday, September 22 when we celebrate Oktoberfest! Tickets are on sale now in the sales/catering office located behind the Chianti Room in the Tuscany Falls Clubhouse. This fun dinner/dance event features a live Polka band, Das Liederhosen, and a DJ for dancing! Join us in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom from 5:00–9:00 p.m. Tickets include one passed appetizer, Flight of Three Beers (Totaling 16 oz) or one alcoholic beverage of choice, a three-entrée buffet, including two desserts, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. $40.
Buffet includes:
Passed appetizer: pretzel w/ beer cheese.
Entrees: authentic German Jagerschnitzel, breaded pan-fried pork cutlets with hunter’s style mushroom sauce; porter braised bratwurst with red cabbage, apples, horseradish and mustard; or Sheboygan knockwurst, cider marinated grilled knockwurst with sauerkraut, onion, pickles and caraway.
Sides: German-style hot potato salad, buttermilk spinach spaetzle, sweet and sour brussel sprouts, green beans with bacon, onion and mustard.
Desserts: apple strudel or black forest cake.
