The PCHOA Rules Compliance Committee will hold a Community Meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017, in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom.
The purpose of the meeting is to explain and seek homeowners’ comments on proposed revisions to “Section 1 Defined Terms and Interpretations; Section 3.4 Tenants – Rentals/Lease Property; Section 7.5 Exceptions to Parking Rules; Section 8.4 Nuisances; Section 8.10 Flags on Standards Other Than Vertical Flagpoles; Section 8.11 Signs; Section 11.14 Smoking; Section 11.21 Recording Open Board Meetings; Section 13.2 Use of Main Pools and Section 13.4 Group and Association Events” of the PCHOA Rules and Regulation
Copies of the proposed revisions are in a binder in the Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls libraries, and on the PCHOA website at www.pebblecreekhoa.org. Homeowner comments may also be submitted in writing to the Eagle’s Nest front desk – Attention: Rules Compliance Committee, no later than November 6, 2017.
The proposed Rule changes are being posted from Friday, October 13, 2017 until Saturday, November 11, 2017, which complies with the required 30-day posting outlined in the PCHOA RULES AND REGULATIONS REVISIONS AND APPROVAL PROCESS.
