Some came donned in aprons. All had rolling pins. A bit of flour, vinegar, eggs, water, salt and baking powder, as Hermine Sulzberg demonstrated how to roll out the dough. Everyone participated and was involved in this fun Knish Klass. And what a turnout! Almost 15 people came for this class. A morning filled with fun and laughter and delicious final product—potato knishes!
