The Jan. 15 general meeting and election of officers was held at the Oasis Pool and included a BBQ. Other events in January were a matinee of My Mother’s Italian, My Father’s Jewish & The Therapy Continues… at the Herberger Stage West and a luncheon at Hash Kitchen. A visit to the Desert Botanical Garden on the 26th of this month will be led by photographer Ruth Walsh.
On April 15, the Shalom Club will join the West Valley Shalom Club picnic, and, in May, a Mother’s Day/Father’s Day brunch is planned.
