On a crisp day in February, approximately 60 members of the Shalom Club met at the Oasis Pool for a game day. Guests brought many different kinds of games, including: mah jongg; cards for hand, knee, and foot; left, right, center; and Mexican train. We were there to teach members who wanted to learn various games or just play and socialize. There were lots of snacks and desserts brought by our hospitality chair, Marsha Taplin.

In March, we had happy hours at Tempo Bistro and P.F. Chang’s. Saturday, April 16 is the West Valley Shalom Club Picnic, where Shalom clubs from nearby communities get together for lunch. Our second Passover Seder will be on April 16 in the Chianti Room. Sign-ups are available on our website for members and their guests.

Membership is open to all PebbleCreek residents, regardless of religion, with an interest in Jewish heritage and social activities.
