New PebbleCreek Homeowners rank fitness first

The latest results are in – our PebbleCreek fitness centers continue to reign as the most important amenity PebbleCreek offers to homeowners. New Homeowner Surveys were begun in 2014 to help the PebbleCreek Board of Directors and management team gain a better understanding of how new homeowners value our many amenities and help the board make decisions to support and enhance them.

New homeowners – who attend a New Homeowners Meeting – are asked to rank 13 amenities (golf, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, softball, bocce ball, creative arts, restaurants, plays, concerts, lectures, clubs and the dog park), on being the most important (1) to least important (13) in their decision to buy a home in PebbleCreek.

The methodology was to take the average (mean) of all rankings, then organize the amenities in order of importance in each year. The chart shows some interesting findings: first, the Fitness Centers are unfailingly the most important amenity to those responding and the restaurants are consistently the second important.

Priscilla stresses that this is not a scientific survey, but thinks it is interesting to see how important the newcomers think the various amenities are to  their lifestyles.
