Karen Peterson
When the coronavirus struck this spring, our own PebbleCreek resident, Karen (Reifsteck) Peterson, was putting her musical talents to good use.
For 50 days straight during the stay-home order, Karen posted a song or two on the PebbleCreek Residents Facebook page. She played a variety of music—everything from Carole King, Carly Simon, James Taylor, classics and yes, even the accordion!
Karen has been a professional musician all her life. She has performed in the Colorado ski areas, Japan, Norway, and the Virgin Islands. She is currently a member of the PebbleRock Band, along with fellow Creeker Howard Brodbeck, and she hopes to be performing soon around our area with the band and solo. Karen also plays part time at our PebbleCreek Community Church.
Karen and her husband Chris have been at PebbleCreek for almost two years now, and are active golfers and pickleball players. They love our wonderful folks and community.
