MTQC annual Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Tuscany Falls at PebbleCreek, 16262 Clubhouse Drive in Goodyear, Arizona 85395.

Price is $90 per player and entry fee includes golf, range balls, cart and lunch.
Check in is at 6:30 a.m. with an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start.
