Have you ever tried working out in the water? The added resistance burns more fat calories and the buoyancy is easy on the joints. You will be more flexible in the water while you are improving your cardio strength and muscle tone.
A class is held each day at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and also on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Tuscany Falls indoor pool. The cost is $3 with a punch card or $4 if you just want to try one class. The only equipment you need are water weights. If you have none, we have extras if you want to try the class.
Kim, Shantoya, and Sue each offer a different format. Kim teaches a variety of water fitness moves, Shantoya teaches Water Zumba, and Sue teaches Water Tabata.
