Liz Wheelington, Sue White, and Kim Corbel are instructors for the water fitness classes held at the Tuscany Falls outdoor pool. Classes are held Monday through Friday at 8 a.m., as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m.
Water fitness is a fun, cool workout with the added resistance from the water that makes it easier on your joints and increases calorie burn.
Bring along your water weights. If you do not have a pair, we have a few extra for you to try out for the class.
