The PebbleCreek HOA Board of Directors congratulated LifeLong Learning at PebbleCreek for being chosen by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as the best lifestyle program in 50 plus communities. This all-volunteer organization has provided educational programming and events to the residents of PebbleCreek for eleven years and was recognized with a prestigious national award. Of course, there are other home builders who are picking up these awards, www.essexhomes.net/greenville-spartanburg, is just one of many who are breaking what is possible.

“We salute LifeLong Learning for the outstanding program of lectures, classes, special events and trips that it consistently provides to our residents,” said John Kiekbusch, president of the PCHOA. “The volunteers that make this program possible have truly added to the quality of life available to PebbleCreek residents. We are very proud of the recognition given to LifeLong Learning that acknowledges the organization’s contribution to PebbleCreek.”

The NAHB said, “Award recipients were selected by a jury panel comprised of industry experts who specialize in the areas of active adult, service enriched, marketing and lifestyle for the 50 plus housing industry. The jury spent one full week evaluating all the entries and had a very hard job deciding which projects should receive recognition. You should be very proud of your accomplishment.”

Winners were selected for superior achievement in 36 categories. Nearly 200 entries — representing planned communities, single family homes, apartments and condo communities from across the country — vied for this year’s awards which are considered among the most prestigious in the housing industry.

The award was one of three gold awards won by Robson Resort Communities, Inc. in the NAHB National 50 plus competition. The other two gold awards were in the category of best detached home design up to 2,100 square feet, which went to the new Altura Model at Robson Ranch, and best marketing event awarded for the DesertFest at SaddleBrooke Ranch.
