We had net sales of eight homes in October, which is a great indicator of home sales to come in November and December. Thank you to our wonderful residents for making PebbleCreek a great community for active adult living.
We have sold 56 Villas year-to-date, showing just how popular our “Lock and Leave” homes have been amongst buyers.
Our newest home, The Tesoro, is selling strong with a total of 17 year to date sales. The stunning 2396 sq. ft.
