If you are looking for an opportunity to help the West Valley community and make some PebbleCreek friends, The Women’s Giving Circle is the place for you! Among the many wonderful clubs at PebbleCreek, our five–year-old organization has a mission to help make a difference in our area. While volunteering side by side, we get to know fellow PebbleCreekers and form wonderful friendships.
You can volunteer in whichever programs you are interested in and you can select the times that work best for your schedule, or join one of our committees to help plan our events. We have groups that carpool twice a month to help at St. Mary’s Food Bank where we sort donations or help guests obtain groceries. Other members help at the Owls Closet, which is a boutique and pantry at Agua Fria High School that provides students and their families with clothing, food, and daily essentials. We also have groups that gather to make plastic mats for the homeless.
In addition to these regularly scheduled programs, we have a few annual events. We have an annual Packing Party to assemble menstrual product kits that are donated to schools and homeless shelters. We host our signature fundraiser, Date with a Plate, a social event at Tuscany Falls that benefits Agua Fria Food and Clothing Bank, and will be on Friday, March 5, 2027. Coming up, we will have a team representing PebbleCreek at the West Valley American Heart Association Heart Walk in Goodyear on Saturday, Nov. 14. (All PebbleCreekers are invited to walk with us. To join our team or make a donation, contact our Team Captain, Jill Burnham, at jjteach2@bellsouth.net).
However you choose to participate, we welcome all PebbleCreek ladies! For more information, visit our website, thewomensgivingcircle.org, or contact us at thewomensgivingcircleofpc@gmail.com.
