On Easter Sunday afternoon the Just Folks Association of PebbleCreek gathered in the Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse Ballroom for an Easter potluck dinner. The food preparations were delicious and outstanding. The many varieties of food were excellent. Sampling all of the different selections was the high point of the afternoon. The abundance of food reminded us of the great feast that they described in the Bible. We truly have some of the finest cooks in the Just Folks Association along with their guests that bought delectable items. The wide variety of items to choose from caused many of us to abandon our diets, food control and healthy eating for one evening. The dessert bar had so many tempting choices that it made most of us feel like kids in a candy store!
After dinner we enjoyed a variety of entertainment. This was definitely a memorable occasion!
