On Jan. 8, members of the Italian American Club dressed in cowboy clothes, hats, denim, boots, and frilly dresses, followed square dance caller extraordinaire Griff’s directions, and partnered up in four couple squares. There were only a few stepped-on toes! Kay Scripka and her committee provided fun themed decorations on each table surrounding the dance floor, gentlemen stewards poured wine courtesy of realtor Donna Strand, and scrumptious biscotti and lemon cookies rounded out the offerings. Ken Minichiello led our business meeting. Social Director Shelly Carnevale outlined several upcoming events, such as a Spring Training game, a Putt & Eat, the Kentucky Derby, and our 25th Club Anniversary Celebration in March. The club meets on the second Wednesday of the month.
