The evening of December 8, 2015 was the date of the first annual Irish American Club Holly Ball. It was held in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom with 205 guests attending. Music was provided by the always popular Thaddeus Rose Trio for the listening and dancing pleasure of an appreciative and energetic crowd. A delicious sit-down dinner consisting of a choice of beef medallions or apple-stuffed chicken with typical Irish sides was served. In addition, a dessert table stretching almost 30 feet was set up with an array of many different, mouth-watering, calorie-free (ha) desserts—as beautiful to behold as delectable to eat. Dining, dancing, socializing, amidst a beautifully decorated for Christmas ballroom—nothing short of a PebbleCreek winter wonderland!
