Mandara Home Design Highlights
The innovative Mandara home design, part of the Tradition Series, was recently introduced at PebbleCreek. The new Mandara, model currently under construction, boasts 1,884 sq. ft. and delivers all of the ‘must haves’ for today’s buyer in a very efficient design that maximizes the important spaces of the home. Showcasing open concept living, the Mandara features a master bedroom suite, den, two-car garage and a spacious outdoor space with plenty of options designed for casual, yet elegant living and entertaining.
A walk through the foyer gives way to a den that can be used as a library, office or additional living area. Optional doors can be added. The modified BASF HP+ Wall Solution is a durable, structural assembly that meets or exceeds codes resulting in exceptional energy and structural integrity.
The system contains two different types of insulation that substantially minimizes or eliminates uncontrolled air leaks and offers a superior insulation R-Value. This system also reduces thermal bridging and improves moisture management. This is in addition to the great HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score the new PebbleCreek homes receive from the Environments For Living®, a national third party certification company that inspects each new PebbleCreek home to ensure your home will be more comfortable, more durable, and more energy-efficient through high-quality construction products and practices.
