On Aug. 22, Rob Risden scored his first hole-in-one. When he approached the green, the ball wasn’t there, so he searched the surrounding rough to no avail, only to discover the ball already in the hole. It was so exciting! It occurred on the par 3, hole number 8 at Eagle’s Nest. He used his 7-iron to the yellow pin. It was witnessed by his wife, Barbara, and Marianne and Mike Quinn.
