Are you receiving PebbleNews?
Priscilla Wardlow
Each Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. PebbleNews is sent by email to each PebbleCreek resident who is registered on the HOA website (www.pebblecreekhoa.org). If you’re one of the nearly 4,800 people receiving it every week, we hope you are enjoying it!
If you’re not seeing PebbleNews in your inbox, you’re missing out on a quick reference to all of the happenings in our community. There are three reasons you might not be receiving PebbleNews:
1. Your email address is out of date or has been entered incorrectly on the HOA website.
2. PebbleNews is going to your Spam folder.
3. You’re not yet registered on the HOA website.
Happily, all of these are easy to solve.
1. Start by checking your Profile on the HOA website. After signing in, look in the lower right corner of the Home page and click on My Profile. You can then check what email address is listed for you. If it’s not correct, you can change it right on that page.
2. If PebbleNews is going to your Spam folder, please add the following address to your online Address Book: [email protected]. That will tell your email server that PebbleNews is okay to let through their screen for Spam.
3. If you’re not signed up for the HOA website, go to www.pebblecreekhoa.org and point your cursor to Login on the navigation bar near the top of the page. Choose Login Request from the dropdown menu, then fill out the form and submit it. You’ll hear from the website team within 24 hours, many times much sooner!
