The HOA Election Committee reminds all PebbleCreek residents that applications for qualified candidates for the November 2015 election are being accepted through September 30. No applications will be accepted after this date.
Sherry Gonzales, Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and member of the Rules Committee, has announced her candidacy for the two year position that begins January 1, 2016.
To qualify for this position a potential candidate must be a full-time homeowner in good standing and a resident for at least one year. In addition, the candidate must be available to attend most HOA Board meetings and HOA Committee meetings. The candidate must have served on at least one HOA committee either as chairman or committee member or served as an officer of Kare Bears for at least a one year term.
