The Committee for the High Holidays (CfHH) announces our fifth annual Jewish High Holiday Services to be held on September 25 and October 3 and 4 at the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.

The services will celebrate Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur. Once again, the wonderful Rabbi David Mayer will lead our services. Incorporated within the services are many passages that can be read (in Hebrew or English) by volunteers. This type of service allows for a sense of warm, camaraderie and family for these special days. As always, we have a beautiful kiddish in the Chianti Room immediately following the Rosh Hashanah Service.

Many of us are away from our families and friends during these Holy Days. The services available here will make you feel part of the PebbleCreek family. Please come and join us to observe these Jewish High Holidays. The cost is $60 per person and $18 per child (12 years old or under) (for all three services). No partial payments are available. You can download the sign up/volunteer form at www.jewsnews.org. Make checks payable to: CfHH (Committee for the High Holidays) c/o Donna Schickler: 3799 N. 159th Avenue, Goodyear, Arizona 85395.

Listed below are the dates and times. All services are in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.

September 25 at 10:00 a.m. – Rosh Hashanah Service (kiddish immediately following service)

October 3 at 6:00 p.m. – Kol Nidre Service

October 4 at 9:00 a.m. – Yom Kippur Service

For additional information and questions contact Marsha Langfuss at [email protected] or Hermine Sulzberg at [email protected].

We hope you will join us for the holidays. You will be glad you did. L’Shana Tova!

Shalom!
