As this virus continues to spread in Arizona including within our community, we have been facing the challenge of having our High Holy Day services as we’ve done in the past.
Keeping a safe distance from others, wearing masks, paying attention to hygiene around prayer books and door handles would not be conducive to the spiritual community service we usually experience.
Caring for others is a foundation of Judaism and it is our obligation to make sure we don’t do anything that could possibly harm any of our members. Therefore, this year we will not be doing live services within PebbleCreek. However, we are exploring the ability to do online services for those who are interested.
We will be keeping you abreast of our findings and request that if you have any ideas or suggestions, please share them with Gloria Kornbluth at [email protected]. Meanwhile, please stay safe and well.
