What’s new for PebbleCreek restaurants?
2016 has been a year of exciting changes for PebbleCreek restaurants and staff. We are looking forward to even more positive changes in the coming months. In addition to bringing on our new Sous Chef Hector, we have made menu changes and the development of a new brand identity for the Eagle’s Nest Restaurant, making it the place for specialty theme nights. In February Taco Tuesday moved to Eagle’s Nest with great success with over 250 people in attendance each night since. And in March we introduced evening theme nights with specialty menus, including Cantina Tuesday, Pizzeria Wednesday with karaoke, Thursday BBQ Night and Friday Favorites. To view those menus, visit pebblecreekhoa.org, click on the Food & Beverage tab and then choose Eagle’s Nest Restaurant. Eagle’s Nest will continue to serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday as usual and continue with Sunday brunch service.
At Toscana’s courtyard, new tables and chairs have been added. Regular food and beverage service isn’t provided in this area; however, guests may pick up their beverages from the bar. A new menu is in the works for the fireplace patio area, a beautiful and comfortable gathering place to relax, chat with friends and neighbors and enjoy drinks and small bites. A limited menu will be offered with items such as potato skins, shrimp cocktail and an antipasto plate. This will be a first come, first served area only and only the patio menu will be available.
