If you’ve had these questions, we invite you to join the PebbleCreek (PC) Leadership Training Group!
Founded by our Transition Advisory Group in 2022, our mission is to inspire and empower community members to take on leadership roles within our committees and the HOA Board.
With over 50 actively engaged members, we meet every other month to connect with leaders in our PebbleCreek community, such as Rick Savage and Dave Deal from TAG (Transition Advisory Group), John Dale from the Rules Committee, and Cliff Crooks from the Elections Committee. We also discuss a preassigned informational video at each meeting, covering essential subjects like the hierarchy of our governing documents, long-term planning, and selecting a property management company. Finally, we have the benefit of having Bob Paine, HOA Board President, and/or Jack Gregory, HOA Board VP, actively engaged in our discussions.
